Stonelick Hills is perfect for corporate outings, charity outings or social outings. Our scenic course combines nature’s beauty and seclusion making it easy for golfers to unwind and enjoy a relaxing day on the links. Our friendly and experienced staff is committed to making your event fun and professional. We’ll be on hand to coordinate and manage the day’s events, so all you have to do is show up and play.

Shotgun starts are available
- Current golf rates will apply, see rates listed above.
- $10 per player will be added to above rates for pro shop credit.
- All player information, tee sponsor signs, and hole-in-one contest information should be submitted to Stonelick Hills G.C. at least 48 hours in advance.
- $2.00 per player will be added for golf staff gratuities.
- Minimum spent may be applicable. $14,000 Monday – Thursday and $20,000 for Friday
- A deposit of $1,000 is required to secure the date for your event. It may be returned up to 14 days in advance; after 14 prior to the event date, it becomes non-refundable.
- Final payment will be due no later than 10 days following the event date. All food and beverage prices are subject to a 20% gratuity and a 6.75% tax. A credit card fee of 2% (VS/MC) and 3.5% AX will be added to credit card payments.
- In the event of a course closing due to inclement weather your event will be addressed and rescheduled at that time. Should the course be closed and remain closed, the following will apply: 0-5 holes completed-Each participant will receive a voucher for a free round of golf, 6-9 holes completed – Each participant will receive a voucher for 9 holes of golf, 10 or more holes completed – No refund will be issued.

At Stonelick Hills you receive a “professional” tournament package that includes bag drop service, registration tables, golf cart staging with personalized signage, proximity markers for contest holes, and live scoring with Golf Genius App on your smartphone. You also receive a custom web-page to help you promote your event. The entire experience is easy and stress free from start to finish!
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Stonelick Hills can provide a variety of food options that range from donuts in the morning to a cookout dinner after your round. Details are available upon request. Donation of food and/or beverages will not be permitted. Hosted and cash bars will be available, as well as a fully stocked beverage cart on the golf course. Domestic beer will be priced $5.00 for a 16oz. can, bottled water $2.00, and Pepsi or Gatorade products for $3.00 each.
AWARDS, PRIZES, ETC.
Our fully stocked pro shop will be available for your outing. Any and all golf merchandise, prizes, gift certificates, etc. must be purchased through our Pro Shop. No outside articles may be purchased without prior consent from the General Manager.
OTHER INFORMATION
- All outings over 40 players will receive a complimentary meeting room if needed.
- Master bill invoicing is available for your convenience; you will be assigned a charge account # for the entire day. At the end of the day, simply pay one master bill.
- All events must be confirmed by player count for golf seven days in advance of the outing date. The confirmed number will be the minimum number that is billed.
- Dress Code: Shirts with collars and appropriate shorts or bottoms are required. Tank tops, tee shirts and cut-off shorts are not permitted.
- Bringing your own alcoholic beverages on the premises is prohibited by law.
- Premium Titleist Rental Clubs are available upon request for $40/set.
